📜 Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to see-kidlearn.com ("Website") operated by AHOO STUDIO CO.,LTD. ("Company", "we"). By using this website, you agree to all these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website.

2. Definitions

• "User" means the parent or guardian who registers for membership
• "Child" means the child for whom the user creates a profile
• "Service" means all interactive learning media and features on the website
• "Package" means the subscription plan the user chooses

3. Registration

• Applicants must be 18 years or older
• Information provided must be accurate and current
• Users are responsible for maintaining account and password security
• One account per parent. Account sharing is prohibited

4. Use of Service

• The service is for children's education only
• Using the service for illegal purposes is prohibited
• Attempting unauthorized access to the system is prohibited
• Copying, modifying, or distributing content without permission is prohibited
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

5. Payment and Subscription

• Prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB), excluding 7% VAT unless otherwise stated
• Payments via QR Code or credit card are processed through iNet Payment Gateway
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Users must renew manually
• No refunds for paid subscriptions, except in special cases at the company's discretion
• Users can cancel subscriptions at any time and continue using until expiry

5.1 Cancellation and Account Deletion

• Users can delete their account at Settings → Delete Account
• Account deletion requires typing a confirmation message and OTP verification sent to phone number
• Once confirmed, the account is immediately suspended (cannot log in)
• All data is permanently deleted after 30 days, including: child profiles, learning results, play history, packages, and other data
• To recover an account within 30 days, please contact alex@ahoo.work
• Account deletion does not affect refunds for paid subscriptions

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the website (images, audio, graphics, code) is the property of AHOO STUDIO CO.,LTD.
• Users are granted personal use rights only. Commercial use is prohibited
• Artwork created by children (coloring, stickers) belongs to the user

7. Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided "as is" without any warranties
• The company is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service
• The company does not guarantee the service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The company's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months

8. Changes to Terms

The company reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
